These Terms of Service govern your use of the RoadKingWear website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the website and all orders placed with RoadKingWear.
By using this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
RoadKingWear operates in accordance with applicable Dutch and European laws.
3. Products
All products are made-to-order and produced specifically after an order is placed.
As a result:
- Minor variations in color, print placement, or detailing may occur
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only
4. Orders & Production
Orders are processed shortly after being placed.
Once an order has entered production:
- it cannot be modified
- it cannot be canceled
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required.
For international orders:
- import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
6. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- destination
- customs processing
- carrier delays
RoadKingWear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to:
- custom-made products
- made-to-order items produced specifically for the customer
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy before purchase.
9. Order Issues
Any issues (damage, defects, incorrect items) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
10. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible due to production processing.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadKingWear shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of profits
- consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, graphics, product concepts, images, videos, branding, and visual identity, are the exclusive property of RoadKingWear.
These materials are protected under copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
Use Restrictions
It is strictly prohibited, without prior written consent, to:
- copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
- modify, edit, or manipulate designs or images
- create derivative works based on our content
- use our content for commercial purposes
- use our content in advertising, marketing, or product development
AI & Edited Content
The use of AI tools, editing software, or any form of digital manipulation does not remove or alter the original intellectual property rights.
Any AI-generated or edited output based on RoadKingWear content is considered a derivative work and remains protected.
Visual Identity & Style Protection
RoadKingWear’s visual identity, including:
- typography (Gothic / Old English style)
- composition structure (central graphic + text hierarchy)
- product presentation
- overall aesthetic and branding
is protected as part of its intellectual property.
Imitation or replication that may cause confusion is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use may result in:
- legal action
- claims for damages
- enforcement measures
RoadKingWear actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights worldwide.
13. Privacy & Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Consumers outside the Netherlands may also rely on mandatory local consumer laws.
